Due to the handmade nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchase.

Las Rais offers a 3 month warranty from date of purchase on damage or breakage of your pieces (tarnishing excluded.) We also offer repairs on our jewellery on a case by case basis. If you have any issues please get in contact using our contact form page.

Our pieces are handmade to treasure for a long time. Please be mindful of our care instructions on the product page, as non-stop wearing in the shower, ocean and in contact with products etc, will see the beads and 14K gold filled finishes begin to tarnish. However, if you look after it, these fragile pieces will stay beautiful summer after summer.
