Shipping policy

As all of our pieces are made to order, please know that we have a 4 - 7 day processing time prior to shipping. We will endeavour to have all pieces shipped out as quickly as we can. All treasures will be shipped using Australia Post with an average delivery time between 3-7 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number via email. Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few days to update.

After your order is shipped from us, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses. However, If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your confirmation email, please get in contact using our contact form.
